We hate legalese, we really do, so we're not going to start spewing it at you. But we want to lay down a couple of rules for using this Web site.

First, and most importantly, be nice. We really shouldn't have to say this, but we hate mean people. So, anyone caught making false reviews, hacking the system, or doing things that normal reasonable people wouldn't do, will be banned from the site, and any reviews they've posted will be terminated with extreme prejudice. You've been warned.

Second, we've worked hard to pull together all the information on this site. The creative stuff is protected by copyright, and the data is not to be nicked either. We know when automated bots or spiders visit our site, and will ban the IP addresses of anyone scraping data from our sites. However, we are pretty nice people, so we might be open to partnering with you, all above board like... So, why not get in touch with us.

Third, we can't be held responsible for anything that anyone writes in their descriptions. We have filters that seek to identify any nastiness before it gets published, and we screen all new entries for inappropriate text or pictures. If you see something that you object to, tell us about it, and we'll remove the offensive content.

Fourth, you agree that by maintaining a company listing on TotallyFlying.com that you can be contacted by users of the site via email and that the email communication will pass through TotallyFlying.com's servers. Emails sent by users to companies listed on this directory are visible to TotallyFlying.com system administrators. 

And, lastly, this sort of goes without saying, but this Web site contains links to other Web sites - it's really sort of the point, actually. However, we must tell you that we can't be held responsible, and have no control over the content of any of those other sites (though, frankly, we wish we did, because some of them are absolutely AWFUL, aesthetically speaking). But I digress. The point we're trying to make here is that if you find yourself on a nasty Web site from one of our links, it's not our fault. But please tell us about it, and we'll take action straight away.
